This release fixes an install problem some sites hit on 17.8.0, and adds a couple of small quality-of-life improvements.

What's changed

• Install fix. 17.8.0's core package accidentally pulled in a set of unused ASP.NET Core dependencies it never needed, which caused installation to fail on some sites. Our build pipeline now pins an exact .NET SDK version and verifies the full dependency graph on every build, so this can't recur unnoticed.
• On a fresh install with no translation set configured yet, Translation Manager now guesses and selects a starter set for you automatically.
• The create-job dialog now auto-selects the connector when a translation set only has one available, instead of leaving it unselected.

If you hit install problems on 17.8.0, upgrading to 17.8.1 should resolve them.
