A dependency and reliability release: uSync and Jumoo.Processing are bumped to pick up async progress callbacks and cooperative cancellation, and a Publisher UI bug around the "unsaved changes" dialog is fixed.

Changed

• Bumped uSync to 18.1.2 and Jumoo.Processing to 18.1.1. Publisher's SignalR progress callbacks now use the async delegates from uSync 18.1.2 instead of blocking with .Wait(), and CreateRestorePoint threads the request's CancellationToken through to IPipelineService.Process so an abandoned request stops the pipeline early instead of continuing to completion.

Fixed

• Publisher: pressing Cancel on the "unsaved changes" dialog when pushing to a server no longer opened the push dialog anyway. The dialog now offers Cancel / Ignore, push saved version / Save and Publish locally, and each option is honoured correctly (issue 308).
