This is a patch release for uSync.Complete for Umbraco v15 it contains some files, and updates along with alignment with usync v15.1.6.

What pray tell is new?

Publisher - Custom Authentication and Authorization fixes

• 🐛 Regression Fix : send the basic auth headers with a request even when basic auth isn't enabled (but is set).
• 🐛 Fix: Custom headers on request should overwrite existing ones if they are set.

Exporter - user migration options

• ⭐ Ability to tell usync exporter what algorighm to use when importing users/members (so you can import from v8 with no db changes!)

For simplicity of support we are skipping v15.1.5 to keep the uSync.Complete release in sync with uSync release numbers (there is no technical reason, its just easier to diagnose when people give us version numbers
